Testimonials

I have been using the Bianconi for nearly ten years and I am glad to say it remains superb. Hazel and her team are ensuring that the service and friendly welcome remains from first thing in the morning to the end of the day, as does the quality of the food. We were a party of four hiking through the Gap of Dunloe and nothing was too much trouble, even down to our special dietary requests which the chef managed with patience and cooked perfectly. I am looking forward to returning.

Went here with partner for a lovely dinner. First time eating here. Staff very friendly and service was wonderful. Food was amazing and will definitely be coming here again. I had the mushrooms to start with and the chicken for my mains. My other half had the chowder and the steak. The portions were big and didn't have room 4 the desert.

5-Star room at a 3-Star Price. Renovated to Luxury level. A super cool feature in the bathroom, that I'll leave as a surprise. Had a hot whiskey in the bar downstairs [it's quiet, not loud nor rowdy] before turning in, and a Full Irish Breakfast in the morning. During this trip, I stayed at an Air BnB in Dublin, Hotel in Galway, and 2-3 B&Bs. All great, but this place ranked #1 overall. And it's 50ft from our primary reason to visit Kilorglin.....to eat at Nick's.

Myself and my wife went for dinner here last Saturday night and all I can say is "outstanding"! From the lovely staff and friendly atmosphere and having to meet the new owner Hazel and manager Ger, I can only say they made our evening so enjoyable and the food was fabulous, nicest I have eaten in a very long time. Best of luck to you all and we will definitely be returning.

Booked this on the information provided by Lonely Planet after visiting the Ring of Kerry. Great room, recently refurbished facing the street, but totally quiet. Excellent and professional staff and the meal downstairs in the hotel was exceptional. Recommend for anyone visiting the Ring of Kerry and surrounds.

Stayed here last Saturday with my husband and his family and it was a positive experience from the minute we stepped inside the door. The rooms are absolutely beautiful with large flat screen. The staff were all very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The food and wine were gorgeous - I would recommend the gluten free brownie! All in all a very enjoyable stay away

A fantastic welcome to a lovely spot. Good food, great staff and amazing Guinness.
I'll be back because it is nestled between the sea and the mountains in a village with some lovely restaurants and bars. The rooms are fantastically appointed and I felt right at home.
